Eddie Zhang - Director
Came to New Zealand in 2000, Eddie had his master degree (MArch) form the University of Auckland Architecture department as well as studied Architecture at Unitec (BAS). Eddie has worked in the field of architectural and construction for more than 16 years in New Zealand. While working for a number of different architectural design companies, he is very familiar with the process of the construction industry as well as the New Zealand construction laws and regulations. Eddie has personally designed and managed many residential projects locally. Many years of architectural and construction experience has given Eddie a deep understanding of the New Zealand real estate market. Eddie has absolute control over the market in relation to project selection, project design, project approval and project construction. This has created Eddie's steady progress in the New Zealand real estate market over the years.

James Zhang - Director
James came to New Zealand in 2001. After attaining a Bachelor of Management Studies from Waikato University, James began to work at the Economic Development Department in Gisborne City Council. With this working experience James has developed good relationships with local authorities both in New Zealand and China. James is also doing business in China within the commercial construction industry for both private projects as well as government projects. Having known Eddie and Jonathan for more than twenty years, James wants to bring his business knowledge and people resources to help deliver the successful property project to the New Zealand local market.
